Warranty Information

We stand behind every project with confidence. Brady's Capital Projects is committed to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Our Commitment

Brady's Capital Projects warrants that all custom cabinetry, millwork, and installation services are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Our warranty reflects our dedication to quality and lasting craftsmanship.

What's Covered

  • Cabinetry & Millwork: All custom-built cabinets, built-ins, and millwork pieces against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Hardware: Hinges, drawer slides, and other functional hardware components.
  • Installation: Professional installation workmanship on all fixtures and components.
  • Finishes: Paint and stain finishes against peeling, cracking, or excessive fading under normal conditions.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use, including minor scratches, dents, or other surface marks.
  • Damage caused by environmental factors such as extreme humidity, temperature changes, water exposure, or direct sunlight.
  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, and characteristics inherent to natural wood products.
  • Products not manufactured or installed by Brady's Capital Projects.

Care & Maintenance

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your custom cabinetry and millwork:

  • Clean surfaces regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive moisture.
  • Maintain stable indoor humidity levels (35-55%). Extreme humidity fluctuations can cause wood to expand and contract.
  • Protect surfaces from direct sunlight with window treatments to prevent uneven fading or discoloration.
  • Use coasters, trivets, and protective mats to shield surfaces from heat, moisture, and scratches.
